Also to work closely with senior leadership, drive strategic initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the business. The main purpose of the role is supporting the business through various projects, financial planning and budgeting, strategy analysis, development and review and execution in addition to communication and collaboration between various sector heads and product teams, and other internal stakeholders where applicable.Key Responsibilities:
Management and Monitoring and Tracking of the 3 year Sectors\' Commercial Sales plays with focus on 2024
Support on BAU activities in Business Management and help oversee daily operations within IB
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and plans to drive growth and profitability
Collaborate and work closely with cross functional departments to optimize processes and enhance overall efficiency, especially in data quality management, data analytics and (generative) AI
Conduct Data Analyses, Financial Analysis and Modelling to support decision-making and optimise business performance
Assist in the review and monitoring of the annual budgets, forecasts and financial targets
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to communicate key insights and recommendations
Support project management activities to ensure timely and successful completion of key projects
Conduct market research where applicable and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development
Act as the point of contact on all strategic matters within IB for the enablement teams (e.g. Risk, Credit, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, Marketing & Communications, IT, HR, Operations, Finance)
Delivery of Internal and external communication (e.g. internal quarterly financial results, deal announcements, major deals closed, awards, events, organization changes)
Support automation initiatives to further streamline the business processes around capital allocation, returns and drive improvements in turn-around-times
Ensure all business units are cognizant of day-to-day business within the prescribed control framework to pre-empt operational risk, compliance and audit issues
Establish, where applicable and required, appropriate SLAs with Support from Control and Risk Function
People Development and Management
Defines and ensure effective implementation of the performance management process
Develops talent within the team by providing guidance and coaching to achieve the defined goals
Implements Manager Scorecard core people management responsibilities including engagement, performance management, and mandatory learning objectives
Acts as a SPOC for people management initiatives within the business including Resourcing, Cost management, Performance Management and Issue Resolution
Budgeting and Financial Planning
Manage the preparation, recommend and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Manage and ensure effective implementation of the functional and departmental policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of assigned department activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
Specific Accountability
To comply to the DOA (delegation of authority) matrix and to the delegated powers, if any
Support in the review of the MI and data and help prepare Decks and reports

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field is preferred.
Additional InformationMinimum Experience:
15+ years of experience in Investment Banking, consulting or financial services
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
Good knowledge of the Investment banking sector, and FAB\'s products and business strategies and processes
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Financial Modeling, Data Analyses and Strategic thinking
Proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint, AI tools and other related software applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
