:Overview:The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for executing the company\'s digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and the company website. This role involves creating content, analyzing data, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.Job Duties & Responsibility:
Digital Campaign Management: Execute and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
CRM - Plan and execute CRM campaigns across various channels (email, WhatsApp, push notifications, in-app messaging, etc.)
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content for various digital platforms that aligns with the company\'s branding and marketing goals.
Social Media Management: Manage the company\'s social media profiles, planning and executing social media strategies to enhance engagement and increase followers.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and other measurement tools to assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, including segmentation, testing, and reporting.
SEO/SEM: Implement and optimize SEO strategies and manage PPC campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
Website Management: Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and user experience.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, and competitors, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (such as sales, product development, and customer service) to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience with ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) and email marketing tools.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
