Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the company.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for speaking with clients or partners.
3. Manage phone calls and correspondence
4. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
5. Prepare and distribute documents, emails, quotations, and contracts.
6. Maintain and update company databases and filing systems. (Making sure everything up to date)
7. Assist in report preparation and documentation.
8. Coordinate with suppliers and clients for quotations and contracts. Coordination with team as well.
9. Manage social media accounts and assist in content creation.
12. Assist with all projects and events as needed.
13. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
14. Support the team with any administrative tasks.
15. Tracking tasks and following up with clients.
16. Prompt response with client.
Expectations and Requirements:
1. Candidate with proficiency in English (spoken and written) and Arabic is a plus.
2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
3. Interior design is a plus.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications and office management software.
6. Experience in managing social media platforms.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Prior experience in administrative support roles is important.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
10. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
