The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods, and supporting the last mile delivery process to meet customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities * Operations Management:

Oversee daily DC operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts.
Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all DC activities.
Supervise and guide the DC team to achieve operational goals and KPIs.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the DC team.
Coordinate with the Last Mile team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to manage delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues.
Monitor last mile delivery performance and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy in order processing and fulfillment.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to order fulfillment and inventory management.
Maintain accurate records of all DC operations and inventory movements.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on DC performance, including KPIs, inventory levels, and delivery metrics.
Ensure a customer-centric approach in all DC operations, striving to exceed customer expectations in terms of delivery accuracy and timeliness.
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues related to order fulfillment and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in distribution center or warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Strong understanding of last mile delivery operations and logistics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
