Job Description

:
  • Ensure efficient communication with brand, logistics, and operations teams to facilitate smooth coordination and information exchange.
  • Ensure timely Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) uploads for each shipment, providing real-time status updates to the brand.
  • Coordinate with IT to resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
  • Provide feedback to the brand regarding their shipments to improve processes and address concerns.
  • Oversee FCL/LCL placement schedules, ensuring timely shipment arrivals through stakeholder coordination and process enhancements.
  • Manage daily inbound planning, including receiving and putaway processes, to meet daily workflow requirements efficiently.
  • Share receipt files with brand teams on time and maintain them in a tracker for easy reference.
  • Prepare weekly bin consolidation plan and share it with stakeholders to optimize storage space and streamline operations.
  • Consolidate and submit Value-Added Service (VAS) charges on a monthly basis for Management Information System (MIS) purposes.
  • Create and close Warehouse Management System (WMS) appointments for each shipment to ensure timely processing and allocation of resources.
