Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Executive - Client Relations serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client requirements, and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

1. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Address client queries and concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.

4. Regularly update clients on company services, promotions, or updates.

Operational Coordination:

1. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.

2. Monitor product delivery to meet client expectations.

3. Prepare client reports and presentations as required.

4. Payment Follow-up. Follow-up to ensure that payments are received on or before due date.

Business Development:

1. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

2. Assist in preparing proposals and contracts for new or existing clients.

3. Gather client feedback to improve processes and service offerings.

Compliance & Reporting:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM systems.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all interactions.

3. Generate periodic reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably in Hospital supplies field.
• Freshers with good communication skills and technical skills can also apply

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Hospital supplies business.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,499.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
