We are looking for a skilled "Executive Chef" to join our team on international cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, creating and exciting menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served to our valued customers. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that reflect our international cuisine - Manage and mentor kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency - Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets health and safety standards - Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in the kitchen. Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in international cuisine preferred. - Strong leadership and management skills - Ability to create and execute menu plans that reflect the restaurant's cuisine and brand - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. - Ability to handle kitchen equipment services and maintenance.
