We are looking for a highly experienced Executive Chef to take the lead in our well-known and popular restaurant in El-Fujairah. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional chef to join our team of culinary experts and help us create unique dishes that will impress our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating menu items, leading the kitchen staff, ordering food supplies, and ensuring that all health & safety standards are met. : The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations and be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food is served consistently. This includes developing menu items, managing staff, ordering food supplies, managing costs and budgets, and ensuring all health & safety standards are met. The Executive Chef will also work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Create delicious menu items with an emphasis on high quality ingredients Manage kitchen staff by providing direction, support and motivation Monitor daily operations to ensure cost control measures are met Manage purchasing of food supplies while maintaining cost-efficiency Supervise the preparation of meals to ensure all dishes meet high standards Maintain current knowledge of industry trends as well as health & safety regulations Develop innovative recipes while working with other departments such as marketing Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a professional cooking environment Proven track record in creating innovative menus with high-quality ingredients Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledgeable about various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene regulations Excellent communication skills both verbally and written #J-18808-Ljbffr
