We are looking for an experienced

Executive Chef

to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage kitchen staff efficiently. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for developing and executing menus, maintaining food quality, ensuring hygiene standards, and managing kitchen costs to ensure profitability.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Develop creative and seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and guest preferences. Ensure consistent food quality and presentation, meeting the highest standards. Oversee and train kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations. Monitor inventory and ensure kitchen supplies are stocked, controlling food costs and minimizing waste. Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area. Handle food ordering and vendor management, negotiating prices and ensuring the best quality ingredients. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain kitchen safety standards. Manage kitchen staff schedules, performance, and discipline.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel. Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and food safety standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Passion for innovation and creativity in food preparation. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing. [Optional: Specific Cuisine Experience] (e.g., experience with international, local, or specific types of cuisine).

Requirements

:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or fine-dining restaurant. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
