Key Responsibilities:
Lead the culinary team with creativity, precision, and passion, overseeing all aspects of menu development, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Develop and execute innovative menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, culinary techniques, and cultural influences, while meeting the expectations of our discerning clientele.
Mentor, train, and inspire our culinary team, providing guidance on culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and presentation to foster growth and excellence.
Collaborate closely with the management team to create cohesive dining experiences that reflect our brand identity and exceed guest expectations.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.
Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and developing culinary talent.
Exceptional culinary skills and a creative flair for menu development and culinary innovation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
