Executive Chef Responsibilities:
Create extraordinary menus that cater to diverse tastes.
Lead a dynamic culinary team with creativity and finesse.
Source and select the finest local and international ingredients.
Maintain impeccable food quality, presentation, and safety standards.
Innovate to keep our dining experiences ahead of the curve.
Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an innovative F&B strategy.
Manage a diverse team with unwavering commitment to excellence.
Curate an exceptional range of dining and beverage experiences.
Optimise operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Strengthen the F&B brand and reputation.
Qualifications (for both roles): A passion for culinary excellence, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences. Proven experience in high-end culinary and F&B operations. Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills. Expertise in a variety of international cuisines.
