u To act as the HACCP Team Leader
u Responsible for the maintain and implementation of HACCP and ISO 22000: 2018 Food Safety Management System.
u Coordinate with municipality food control department inspection and take corrective and preventive actions.
u Maintain food watch platform (online food safety system) of requirements and manage the food safety municipality portal.
u Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all major operational processes.
u To strictly follow Food Safety, Hygiene and HACCP guideline as per local and international standard.
u Update and maintain documentation including, occupational health card, chemical MSDS and Municipality approval certificates, training records, pest control contracts and service record, Kitchen layout, equipment calibration
u Ensure that the HACCP records for food delivery, food receiving, sanitation of fruits and vegetables, storage, food thawing, temperature control for cooking/Reheating/ Blast chilling /Hot holding/Display/Cold storage/ Dish washing /Outside catering completed on time by the concerned associates, keep on file, reviewed and signed .
u Responsible for conducting trainings for food handler in HACCP awareness and food safety and Hygiene.
u Monitoring and implementation of pest management, waste management and other environmental activities.
u Coordinate with maintenance department to implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions and sanitation program
u Conduct food supplier audits and supplier performance evaluations
u handling customer complaints related to safety and quality deviations

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
