Job Description

We are looking for a skilled "Executive Chef" to join our team on international cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, creating and exciting menus, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes served to our valued customers. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation Develop and execute creative and innovative menus that reflect our international cuisine Manage and mentor kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work environment that meets health and safety standards Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in the kitchen. Maintain vendor purchases in excel sheet. Maintain all purchases rates as compare to the market value. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in international cuisine preferred. Strong leadership and management skills Ability to create and execute menu plans that reflect the restaurant's cuisine and brand Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
