Position Title: Executive Chef - Arabic Restaurant

Employment Type: Full Time.

Salary: Depending on experience and qualifications

Experience: 5 years in same position

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Role:

? Coordination & working with operations team, manage correspondences, emails ...etc.

? Training and supervising kitchen staff.

? Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery.

? Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques.

? Actively involves in menu development and maintaining updated and accurate food costing of all dishes prepared & achieve reducing of food cost.

? Implementing hygiene processes and examining equipment.

? Designing new recipes, menus, and plate presentations.

? Reviewing staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial objectives.

? Performing administrative tasks, taking stock of food and equipment supplies, and doing purchase orders.

? Setting and monitoring performance standards for staff by setting KPI's.

? Obtaining feedback on food and service quality, and handling customer complaints and feedback.

? Manages the kitchen and ensures compliance with all standards of best practices.

? Ensure that safety standards and sanitary requirements are met each day.

? Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.

? Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.

? Rectify arising problems or complaints

• Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
