EXECUTIVE CHEF required urgently for a reputed catering company in Abu Dhabi.Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in hotel management/culinary arts.
Min. 7 years of experience in similar role especially in Catering company.
Able to supervise, train, and monitor chefs and production staff.
Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards throughout the production process.
Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
Knowledge of current culinary trends within the region.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural manuals.
Excellent understanding of inventory management and wastage process.
