EXECUTIVE CHEF required urgently for a reputed catering company in Abu Dhabi.Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in hotel management/culinary arts.
• Min. 7 years of experience in similar role especially in Catering company.
• Able to supervise, train, and monitor chefs and production staff.
• Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards throughout the production process.
• Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
• Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality. Estimate amounts and costs of required supplies, such as food and ingredients.
• Knowledge of current culinary trends within the region.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedural manuals.
• Excellent understanding of inventory management and wastage process.
