The Role

: o Take proactive control of overseeing all culinary operations across branches with effective supervision. o Conduct daily inspections of kitchen areas and refrigerators to assess control systems and maintenance procedures. o Maintain responsibility for upholding hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas. o Ensure the highest standards of food quality, menu presentation, and hygiene are met in all branches. o Guarantee customers receive prompt, efficient, and accurate service to achieve a high level of guest satisfaction

Position Title: Executive Chef Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts Qualifications: o Open to Asian nationalities o 30 years old and below o Must have good understanding of the local food culture and preferences in Abu Dhabi, incorporating traditional flavors into the menu. o Must be HACCP certified to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety o Must hold a valid UAE Driver's License o Candidates that can join immediately are prioritized
