### Job Summary:

### Roles and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, user acquisition and retention, attracting new freelancers and clients to the platform, and retaining existing users through engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and customer relationship management.
Promote the company's products/services.
Develop a business development strategy and a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction to expand our presence in the market.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market expansion.
Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure requirements are met, such as conversion rates and profit goals.
Prepare and deliver compelling demo presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients to establish rapport.
Negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business deals or to amend existing contracts as needed.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
### Qualifications:
7 years Proven working experience as a sales or business development executive.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
