Strategic Operational Support
Manage the meetings process for the Board of Directors (BOD), OPCOM, and Audit Committee, including scheduling, follow-ups, minutes of meetings (MOM), and approvals.
Facilitate communication between the respective Committee and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and organizational priorities.
Serve as a liaison between senior management and the Board of Directors, providing regular updates on operational initiatives, governance practices, and strategic planning efforts.
Assist in the preparation of the respective committee meeting materials, including reports, and presentations.
Overseas the implementation of the Devolution of Powers (DOP).
Ensure that all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.
Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Act as a central point of contact for corporate governance-related matters.
Governance and Reporting
Track and monitor action points resulting from committee meetings.
Work with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of action items.
Provide support to strategic operations and initiatives.
Manage the operational aspects of the new strategic initiatives involving different stakeholders.
Report progress of strategic operations to relevant parties.
Offer basic-level support to the finance department.
