We are hiring an Executive Assistant who has Guest Relations Experience
: We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant with a strong focus on guest experience to support our GM Office. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and guest service duties.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders seeking access to the GM Office.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the GM and various departments.
• Assist in creating and editing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and prompt resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and communications.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Oversee various administrative functions, including documentation, scheduling, and office organization, to optimize operational efficiency and workflow.
• Lead the guest relations to create a welcoming and efficient environment for visitors and VIP's, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Enhanced visitor experience at by promptly responding to inquiries, coordinating
events, and fostering positive customer relations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience 3-5 years as an Executive Assistant for Guest Relations or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or family business environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
