Act as a conduit for the President & Managing Director, handling correspondence, drafting complex documents, and managing confidential information.
Oversee calendar management, appointment scheduling, and email inbox management to ensure smooth operations.
Organize meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, and take meeting minutes. Assist in organizing company events, functions, and seminars.
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, compile expense reports, and oversee annual travel and medical reimbursements.
Prepare executive-level communication such as board reports, Christmas messages, and VIP travel arrangements. Ensure completion of action items from Executive meetings.
Proofread media releases, communications, and internal updates, and support the development and compliance of company policies.
Manage the approval process for travel, expenses, internal projects, and leave requests.
Provide high-level internal and external service, liaising with key stakeholders and coordinating external events and communication.
