We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support the CEOs Office at a leading non-profit organization. This role involves managing the CEOs calendar, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEOs office.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and track action items.
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Assist with document management, including filing and correspondence.
Support the CEO's Office Manager in various tasks and act as a liaison with other departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar administrative role to the C-level management
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (both oral and written) is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
