The Role
: Manage the CFO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room reservations, and audiovisual equipment setup. Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence for the CFO. Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing expense reports, processing invoices, and maintaining filing systems. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CFO, including research and data analysis tasks.
