Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office by providing comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
• Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO's decision-making processes.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other administrative duties as required to support the CEO and executive team.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Having knowledge about social media
• Ability to travel abroad (specifically to GCC countries)
