We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time, work from home primarily Executive/personal/administrative Assistant to support the CEO/owner of a group of companies. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, booking travel, overseeing support staff, managing and preparing mail/shipments, managing company bank accounts and ensuring the smooth operation of the office and lease with the management of the individual companies. . This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Skills required: - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy - Problem-solving abilities -some understanding of local UAE banking, corporate requirements and Visas This is on going job position with opportunities to evolve into full time work over time. Current workload approximately 1 to 3 hours a day 5 days a week working from home with the occasional office visit to accept and send shipments, management meetings and on an as need basis and to ensure office oversight.
