Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing all communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee and coordinate the CEO's calendar, ensuring the seamless scheduling of appointments, meetings and engagements.
Prepare and organize meeting agendas, documents and presentations, ensuring the CEO is thoroughly equipped for all commitments.
Handle all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, drafting and proofreading emails, letters and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations and detailed itineraries.
Conduct in-depth research and provide relevant insights to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
Monitor and follow up on action items stemming from meetings and communications.
Always maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all exchanges.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Proven ability to work independently while exercising good judgment and initiative.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
