We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. Job Scope: Providing high-level administrative support to top management within the company. Ensure the smooth operation of the executive\'s daily activities and the overall efficiency of the office. Job Duties:
Organize and prepare for meetings or specific events , including setting agendas and taking minutes of meeting.
Managing the executive\'s calendar to avoid conflicts and ensure timely attendance.
Answer and screen phone calls, directing inquiries and messages appropriately.
Compose professional correspondence (letters, emails, memos) based on clear instructions.
Manage and prioritize emails to ensure timely responses and follow up.
Acting as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Organizing travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Preparing and editing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Create and maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper filing systems
Overseeing office supplies and equipment.
Assisting with special projects or other duties as required from management.
Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years proven experience in administrative assistance roles is typically required from the Real Estate Development / Constructions sectores , with experience supporting senior management being highly valued.
Other Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Arabic.
Professionalism in interacting with clients, colleagues, and senior management.
Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with scheduling tools and project management software.
Ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
