Responsibility and Focus

You will be the backbone of the Growth team, providing essential administrative support through various tasks that keep the team running smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the projects are effectively managed. This includes managing client pitch portals, implementing process improvements, and ensuring operational efficiency.


The candidate should always be looking for ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness and enhance the overall performance of the projects and operations.

Main Tasks

Technical & Product: Supporting the Growth team through a variety of administrative and operational tasks:

• Managing client Portals: Oversee client portals when it comes to new pitch opportunities, correspondence, and inquiries.
• Handling RFI Requests: Review and respond to information requests from potential clients or partners.
• Assisting with Pitches: Provide support to the team with project management of pitches.
• Updating Information Banks: Keep databases up-to-date by entering new data, updating existing data, and conducting regular audits.
• Producing Analysis and Reports: Collect and analyze data for monthly new business forecasting and reports

• You should understand the broader goals of the business and be able to align your project management tasks accordingly.
• Demonstrate operational efficiency, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications Education and Experience:

• Hold qualifications and/or experience in administration, operations, project management, or a related field.
• Having administration, operations, project management experience, preferably within an agency setting is highly desirable
