Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in helping our leadership team operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. Serve as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients. Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Assist in project management and coordination of various initiatives. Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Other administrative duties as assigned. Must have 1-2 year of experience.
