Executive Assistant - Sales support
Responsibilities:
Freezone PRO Duties
• Renewal of visas
• Trade licence renewals
• Routine local compliance tasks
• Booking travel arrangements
Accounts Support:
• Managing accounts receivable and payable.
• Preparing and processing invoices and payments.
• Reconciling financial statements and records.
• Assisting with budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Handling customer account inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
• VAT and Corporation tax reporting
Sales Support:
• Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and order processing.
• Preparing sales reports and maintaining sales records.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing support as needed.
• Managing and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Supporting the sales team with scheduling and preparing for meetings.
• Processing and expediting orders, including handling rush orders and shipping information.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in accounts support or sales support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and handle pressure.
• This role requires a blend of financial acumen and administrative skills to support both the accounting and sales functions effectively
