Dubai, UAE SALARY: 16,000 AED - 18,000 AED PER: Month TERM: PermanentOur client a Multinational Financial services firm are seeking an experienced Executive assistant to support their COO in Dubai.(Please note that this role is only open to candidates who are already in Dubai and have at least a couple of years\' experience working in the UAE. The role is not suitable for candidates who are not currently working as an EA and candidates with transferable skills with a different background will not be considered, you MUST have demonstratable experience working as an EA within a professional services firm (ideally multinational). Please do not apply for the role if you do not fit those minimum requirements.)This is a fantastic company and excellent role for an experienced EA looking for a busy and fast paced DIFC based professional services role.The focus of this role will be supporting the COO for Europe, Middle East and APAC. The candidate must demonstrate experience of working in demanding and challenging roles and have the credibility to deal with Executive Managing Directors across the business.It is critical to have a robust and resilient personality and to be able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to prioritise effectively.Main Responsibilities
Communicate effectively and professionally in person, telephone and on emails
Provide sophisticated calendar management, prioritising inquiries and requests internally and externally, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day engagements.
Liaise with other EA\'s to organise management offsite meetings in APAC.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Book complex business travel and accommodation across APAC and Europe on a monthly basis.
Provide full support for personal matters inside and outside of the office.
Complete a variety of administrative tasks to help facilitate the COO\'s ability to effectively manage presentations, expenses, sign offs and approvals.
Act as Events Manager, overseeing internal events in different locations across Asia and Dubai (10% of the role).
