We are looking for a young energetic experienced Executive PA to provide top-tier administrative support to our CEO. In this pivotal role, you'll manage communications, organize schedules, and ensure the CEO's day-to-day operations are seamless.
Ultimately, a successful PA should be able to handle inquiries, scheduling meetings, arranging complex travel, and maintaining documentation. Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO with internal and external clients
Handle incoming requests and queries appropriately
Manage the CEO's diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
Undertakes a variety of administrative tasks to support the CEO's daily activities and long-term agenda.
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system.
Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, arrange travel, and ensure that all inquiries and requests are handled appropriately.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs to assist the CEO in decision-making processes.
Book and manage complex travel arrangements.
Manage his social media platform
This role is pivotal in ensuring that the CEO's time is optimized, and the executive office runs smoothly.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
To provide support for Board of Director meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.
Requirements and skills
At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a CEO in UAE is mandatory
Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
Exceptional planning and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discretion and confidentiality
A qualification as a PA is advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of trustworthiness and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
