Coordinating complex scheduling, MENA LT team meetings and calendar management for the Manager, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and providing comprehensive administrative support.
Capturing and processing data using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentation software.
Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives .
Manage all aspects of organization's office services. Evaluate and assist in developing office policies and procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as the organization grows.
Assist in the selection of vendors and to purchase equipment, services, and supplies necessary for the operation of the organization.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Manager and internal or external stakeholders and draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of the GM.
Plan and organize executive events, meetings, and conferences, both onsite and offsite. (venue selection, catering, communication, travel arrangements etc.)
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What You Need
Certified administrative professional or Executive Assistant Certification or similar
3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative support role.
Experience in coordinating projects or handling event management
Fluency in English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) or other cloud-based tools.
Ability to use document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dropbox, or Box) to organize and share files efficiently.
