We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support a senior executive within one of the region's most prestigious ventures. This role requires a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and can maintain confidentiality while managing diverse responsibilities across multiple time zones. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination. Manage and prioritize a dynamic calendar, ensuring efficient time management. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Conduct research and compile data to assist with decision-making and strategic initiatives. Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address issues before they arise. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role. Experience in the Hospitality industry. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities. Discretion, adaptability, and a high level of professionalism. Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary.
