xe2x80x8bCharterhouse are working exclusively with an iconic multinational retail brand who's is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join their Regional Headquarters in Dubai to support a Senior Executive.About the role The Executive Assistant, will be responsible for a variety of tasks whilst working within a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Additionally, responsibilities will include complex diary and email management, maintaining team contact and email distributions internally. Furthermore, this role will oversee and handle extensive global travel arrangements whilst booking meetings and ensuring all professional appointments are carried out in a timely manner between multiple time zones.Additionally, the EA will be highly involved in preparation prior to meetings from research to preparing boardrooms, including building strong relationships with stakeholders both internal and external.About you To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years Executive Assistant experience. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal with knowledge of MS Office Applications is required.Our client requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, has a positive attitude, and is capable of managing in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.
