Position Summary
This role provides essential administrative support to Directors and HODs, ensuring smooth office operations. It's ideal for an ambitious individual aiming to build a career in healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
• Oversee daily administrative duties and ensure smooth office operations (appointments, calls, clerical tasks).
• Manage inventory and order office supplies.
• Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle mail.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
• Handle office budget and expenses, ensuring timely payments.
• Support staff activities for maximum efficiency and maintain confidentiality.
• Supervise administration for all offices and projects.
Executive Assistance
• Draft and edit emails, memos, and communications for executives.
• Maintain accurate records and handle minor accounting.
• Schedule meetings and arrange necessary logistics.
• Complete tasks assigned by Directors and HODs discreetly.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
• Bachelor's degree with MOFA attestation.
• At least 2 years in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role.
• Strong English communication, numeracy, and MS Office (Excel) skills.
Desirable:
• Healthcare industry experience, immediate availability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
