Role Purpose: To provide operational and business support the company Shareholder based onsite in Barsha Heights.
As a growing business, this is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of a fast moving and dynamic environment. The role would suit someone who can multi task and manage changing priorities in a professional and efficient manner.Key Accountabilities:

• Email management, including dictation, and communication with key management within group companies.
• Preparation and editing of documents.
• Proactively formulate responses to emails on behalf of Shareholder.
• Arranging meetings, calls and video calls between Shareholder, internal staff and external parties
• Proactively track and follow up all Shareholder activities internally and externally, chasing actions and responses in a timely manner
• Regular international travel arrangements, including flight, train and hotel bookings
• Recognizing business critical matters and raising them immediately with the relevant personnel
• Coordinating and managing all personal and business-related matters for the shareholder.

REQUIREMENTSEssential Experience / Special requirements:

• Experience of supporting at Manager level
• Advanced experience of Office 365
• Keen attention to detail
• Discreet and confidential approach
• Ability to proactively manage multiple tasks at any one time
• Similar experience in previously held positions.
• Ability to think on one\'s own initiative.
• Problem solving mindset in providing solutions and getting the task completed.
