About the job Executive AssistantOur client is an esteemed international offshore service provider specializing in cost-effective construction and project management solutions for the oil & gas industry.They are currently looking for an Executive Assistant for their Dubai office.\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities:
Support CEO, CFO, and COO with daily work routines.
Coordinate staff efforts within and outside the department.
Assist in project planning, prioritization, execution, and training.
Act as primary contact between CEO\'s office and governance groups.
Develop presentations and white papers for internal/external audiences.
Prioritize and handle matters for the CEO; ensure appropriate follow-up.
Perform a variety of support duties including printing, faxing, mail, and email management.
Sort mail and maintain email/address directories.
Prepare routine correspondence for CEOs signature.
Schedule and organize departmental and board meetings, including logistics.
Transcribe materials, prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts.
Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems; handle confidential information.
Attend meetings, take notes, prepare draft minutes and summaries.
Complete special projects: PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, reports.
Support other departments or executives as needed.
Skillset & Background:
Bachelor\'s degree preferred
Three to five years prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) ---Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
