Efficiently manage and coordinate the executive\'s schedule, including prioritizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively address time-sensitive issues.
Email Management:
Maintain and organize the executive\'s email inbox, ensuring timely responses to critical messages.
Prioritize and filter emails, flagging important correspondence for immediate attention.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive.
Provide detailed travel packs and necessary documentation in advance.
Communication Liaison:
Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive.
Office Coordination:
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to optimize office operations.
Meeting Support:
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
Time Zone Flexibility:
Demonstrate flexibility in working across different time zones to accommodate the executive\'s schedule and global business demands.
Qualifications: * Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in office software and communication tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
