Responsibilities:-



Document Control Responsibilities:



Document Management & Filing:

Organize and maintain all company records, including contracts, agreements, permits, invoices, and reports. Implement a structured filing system (both physical and digital). Ensure version control and timely updates of documents.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Ensure all documents comply with company policies and real estate regulations. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.

Tracking & Distribution:

Maintain logs of document revisions, approvals, and submissions. Distribute necessary documents to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Audit & Record Keeping:

Prepare records for audits, inspections, and compliance checks. Retrieve documents as needed for management or external authorities.

Coordination with Teams & External Parties:

Work closely with project managers, brokers, contractors, and legal teams for document approvals and submissions. Liaise with government offices, developers, and regulatory agencies.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:



Administrative & Office Management:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for senior management. Handle correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of executives. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.

Project & Task Coordination:

Assist in tracking project deadlines, deliverables, and action items. Follow up with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Reports & Documentation:

Prepare reports, summaries, and business documents. Assist in the preparation of real estate proposals and presentations.

Travel & Event Planning:

Arrange business trips, travel bookings, and accommodations. Plan corporate events, meetings, and conferences.

Confidential Support:

Handle sensitive company information, financial documents, and executive reports. Maintain discretion in all professional dealings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with document management systems (DMS). Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Attention to detail and confidentiality. Ability to manage high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively. Basic understanding of the real estate domain.
