Job description
Responsibilities:
• Executive Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing their schedule, emails, and calls.
• Coordinate and prioritize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Language Expertise:
• Non Chinese but Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Facilitate communication between the CEO and Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Documentation and Correspondence:
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Translate documents from Chinese to English and vice versa.
• Meeting Coordination:
• Organize and attend meetings with the CEO, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Manage complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and visa arrangements.
• Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements:
• Non Chinese but fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) both written and verbal communication.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
