Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant who will also coordinate HR functions, providing direct support to the CEO while managing essential human resources activities for our waterpark operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence
Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Manage employee documentation, maintaining confidential personnel files and records
Organize and coordinate staff orientation programs and training sessions
Handle employee queries and maintain HR databases
Prepare and process HR-related documents including contracts and offer letters
Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes
Manage office supplies and administrative processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with HR coordination experience
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
