The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be capable of handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, and must be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is comfortable with managing the busy schedules and complex tasks associated with a high-level executive role.Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring meetings, appointments, and travel plans are effectively organized.Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Project Management: Assist with special projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within scope.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.Office Management: Ensure the executive's office operates smoothly by managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining an organized workspace.Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of professionalism and discretion.
