The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to a senior management team for our client in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting key decision-makers and contributing to the smooth operation of the organization. Responsibilities: - Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. - Coordinate and facilitate communication between the senior management team and internal/external stakeholders. - Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external use. - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to ensure that deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. - Conduct research and compile data to support the decision-making process. - Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences. - Handle general office management duties, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. - Act as a point of contact for the senior management team, clients, and other stakeholders. - Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the senior management team.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior executives. - Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels. - Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. - Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities. - Bachelor\'s degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred.
