Our client is a trading organization with over 3 decades of experience in the region. They are now looking to hire an Administration Officer for their office in Abu Dhabi.
Oversee the daily management of office documentation, handling various types of documents such as informational, advisory, and those requiring signatures, and ensuring they reach the Line Manager and CEO as necessary.
Monitor the timing and content of all tender submittals and keep track of their progress.
Produce weekly and monthly reports, including reminders for the CEO and Line Manager, and IT pending briefs, among others
Arrange and oversee the organization of meetings and conferences.
In charge of issuing MRs and LPOs, handling purchases, and organizing the store room\'s categorization and arrangement.
Responsible for the renewal of newspapers and subscriptions, as well as overseeing all stationery requests, including business cards.
Carry out various job-related tasks as assigned and conduct necessary research and analysis as needed.

Minimum 5 years of experience
Excellent English and Arabic speaking and writing skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Experience in Retail, FMCG, Construction and Manufacturing industry preferred
Bachelors degree in Business Administration
