Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform excavation, grading, and trenching tasks on construction and demolition sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction equipment and safety protocols, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate excavators and other heavy machinery for digging, trenching, lifting, and grading tasks. Perform daily safety checks on the excavator and other equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Follow blueprints, site plans, and work orders to perform excavation and grading tasks according to project specifications. Ensure precise digging depths and slopes, and load excavated materials onto trucks or conveyors. Work closely with other construction crew members to complete site preparation, foundation work, and other construction-related tasks. Maintain communication with supervisors and other team members to ensure work is progressing smoothly and on schedule. Ensure that the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations when operating equipment and working on the construction site. Report any equipment malfunctions, accidents, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor or manager. Assist with other tasks on the job site as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar role. Valid certification or license to operate an excavator (where required). In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery operation, maintenance, and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical stamina to handle demanding work conditions, including lifting and operating machinery for extended periods. Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on excavation equipment. Strong attention to detail and focus on safety at all times.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
