Job Description
We are looking for experienced Ex Cabin Crews to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a recruitment agency specializing in aviation, we are seeking individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the airline industry. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure all necessary equipment is on board.
- Greet passengers, assist with their luggage, and provide information about the flight.
- Perform safety demonstrations and provide instructions in case of emergencies.
- Serve meals and beverages, taking into account any dietary restrictions or special requests.
- Monitor and address passengers\' needs, including providing assistance with travel arrangements and resolving any complaints or issues.
- Coordinate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flight.
- Perform administrative duties, such as completing flight reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with safety regulations and attend training sessions as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally.
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
