Job Title: Events Specialist

Work location: Al Quoz, Dubai (Near Onpassive Metro Station)

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute event strategies that align with the company objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event briefs and key objectives. Manage the entire event lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless delivery. Ensure events are organized and carried out within the allocated budget. Guarantee full legal compliance for all aspects of event planning and execution. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, and AV setup. Oversee event promotion through social media, email marketing, and partnerships. Act as the main point of contact for event participants, sponsors, and partners. Conduct post-event assessments.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related field 3-5 years UAE experience in events management, campaign, marketing or any similar role Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in event management software and tools. Open to working beyond regular hours when necessary. Arabic speaker is a plus. Can join immediately
