:Our client is seeking an Events Sales Manager for an F&B Retail firm in the UAE. In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

To manage and oversee the operations of events and catering department.

Responsible for setting yearly budgets in line with year-on-year growth and business needs..

Responsible for the operational running of the corporate accounts.

Monitor, oversee and expand the business development of the department. Will be focusing on client acquisition, retention and relationship building in F&B, events or catering industries

Review and monitor post event evaluations, ROIs

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

3 years experience in F&B, Hospitality or Catering field doing business development

Must have active client portfolio

Skills required: leadership, pricing & menu knowledge

Fluency in English language is a must, and knowledge of any European languages, Arabic or other languages would be a plus
