Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Events Sales Executive with experience in the events field. The Events Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves active participation in events and conferences to promote the company's services. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue by selling company event rental & production services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Deliver compelling event mood boards, sales presentations, negotiate contracts with clients and close deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to event execution.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry professionals and decision-makers to promote our services.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on sales progress and opportunities for growth.
  • Close sales and meet monthly targets as assigned by Senior Events Account Manager.
  • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the companys services.
  • Provide feedback and insights to other departments to continuously improve the quality of services offered.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Minimum of two years\' experience in selling sponsorships and space for conferences, exhibitions, or similar events.
  • Possess strong sales acumen and negotiating capabilities.
  • Demonstrate exceptional ability to multitask effectively while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, AI and event management software and tools.
  • U.A.E Driving License Preferable.
  • Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
