:We are looking for an experienced Events Production Manager with a strong background in events and exhibitions. The ideal candidate will also have experience in hospitality and protocol management, bringing a combination of creativity, organization, and leadership to execute high-profile projects successfully. This role requires hands-on management, from planning to post-production, ensuring all technical and operational elements run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Lead and oversee the production of events, exhibitions, and related projects from concept through completion.
\xc2\xb7 Manage all logistical, operational, and technical aspects of production, including AV, staging, lighting, and set construction.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all event elements.
\xc2\xb7 Develop production timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all resources are managed effectively.
\xc2\xb7 Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure the production meets their vision.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all event operations comply with health, safety, and legal regulations, including hospitality and protocol standards.
\xc2\xb7 Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and execution, troubleshooting any issues in real-time.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with creative teams to enhance the event experience and meet client expectations.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor post-event evaluations and implement improvements for future projects.Requirements\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
\xc2\xb7 10+ years of experience in event production and exhibition management, with some exposure to hospitality or protocol.
\xc2\xb7 Proven experience managing high-profile events and large-scale exhibitions.
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of production logistics, AV equipment, and technical services.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
